高硫化氢环境对测井设备的影响和预防措施

EFFECTS OF HIGH H_2S ON LOGGING EQUIPMENTS AND PREVENTIVE COUNTERMEASURES

摘要 随着勘探步伐的加快,硫化氢环境下的测井作业量也大幅度增加,必须考虑其对测井设备带来的安全问题。根据硫化氢对金属的腐蚀作用和加速非金属材料的老化作用,分析了硫化氢对下井仪器外壳、测井电缆、电缆头中的拉力棒和下井仪器中的非金属材料的破坏作用。这些作用可能导致仪器外壳破裂、电缆被腐蚀而断裂、拉力棒断裂、仪器落井和泥浆进入下井仪器的事故。针对这些不安全因素,建议采取提高钻井液的pH值、使用防硫电缆和对各关键环节及时进行检查等预防措施,以保障测井作业过程中井下设备的安全和施工安全。 Along with the rapid development of oil and gas exploration,the quantity of logging works has been increased under the environment of H2S so that the safety of downhole equipments will have to be well-rounded considered.Based on the corrosion behaviors of H2S on the metallic materials and the accelerating ageing action on the non-metallic materials,this paper analyzes the damage of H2S on the logging wire lines,rod rally on the cablehead,the jacket and non-metallic materials of downhole equipments and all kinds of accidents caused by the damage like the crack of the jacket or the fracture of wire line,dropping of the equipments,and downhole equipments being infiltrated by drilling mud,and so on.This paper suggests that the following countermeasures should be taken to prevent accidents such as the pH value of drilling fluids to be improved,logging cables to be used in anti-sulfur material,and prompt inspection on every key link of work to be timely performed.
