摘要
亲核取代反应是氟喹诺酮类抗菌剂合成路线中的一步重要反应，本文综述了在喹诺酮环的６，７和８位的亲核取代和硝基。
The nucleophilic substitution is an important reaction in the synthesis of the fluoroquinolone antibacterials. The reactions, taking place at 6,7 or 8 position in the quinolone ring with NO 2, F or Cl as leaving group, are reviewed with 22 references.
