摘要
为研究肉牛日粮补饲无机锌对粗料纤维和玉米有机物对瘤胃降解的影响,选用4头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的西门塔尔杂交肉牛,采用4×4拉丁方设计,以瘤胃尼龙袋法测定日粮补饲锌(源于硫酸锌,分别补饲0、25、50和100mgZn/kg-DM)对稻草纤维性物质和玉米有机物(OM)瘤胃降解率的影响。结果表明,对照组(0补饲)、25mgZn/kgDM、50mgZn/kgDM、100mgZn/kgDM处理组的稻草中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降解率分别为16.32%、17.43%、20.32%和25.31%,50、100mgZn/kgDM处理组的稻草NDF降解率明显高于对照组;对照组、25mgZn/kgDM、50mgZn/kgDM和100mgZn/kgDM处理组的玉米OM降解率分别为46.41%、46.89%、50.16%和48.49%,50mgZn/kgDM处理组的玉米OM降解率也明显高于对照组。肉牛日粮补饲锌(源于硫酸锌)明显影响瘤胃稻草NDF和玉米OM降解率,日粮补饲50mgZn/kgDM可明显提高稻草NDF和玉米OM的降解率。
An experiment was conducted to determine the effect of supplemental Zn (as Zn sulfate) on degradation of forage fiber and organic matter of corn in rumen of steers. Four ruminally eannulated steers were fed, in a 4 × 4 Latin square design, 2.8 kg/d concentrate and 4.2 kg/d rice straw as a basic diet. Treatments consisted of the following:control (no supplemental Zn) and 25 or 50 or 100 mg Zn/kgDM (on DM basis of diet) from Zn sulfate. In situ NDF disappearance of rice straw and OM disappearance of corn at different incubation times in rumen were measured. Degradabilities of straw NDF were assumed to be 16.32%, 17.43%, 20. 32% and 25.31%, respectively, with the treatments of control , 25 , 50 and 100mg Zn/kgDM. Comparing with control (no supplementation), degradabilities of straw NDF and corn OM were higher with supplementation of 50 mg/kgDM Zn (P〈0.05). The degradability of corn OM in the treatments of control , 25, 50 and 100 mg Zn/kgDM were 46.41%, 46.89%, 50. 16% and 48.49%, respectively. These results indicated that Zn supplemented at 50 mg Zn/kgDM improved ruraen fiber degradation and increased OM fermentation of corn in steers.
