摘要
简要介绍视力检查仪结构及设计要求,提出并实现了整体设计方案。本设计采用Mega64单片机,经过I/O口扩展后与达林顿管相连驱动步进电机,上位机采用Visual C++开发应用程序,通过RS232通信并使用循环冗余校验(CRC)进行数据校验,通讯指令采用类Modbus协议发送。
This paper presents the structure and design requirements of a vision tester,and realizes the total design scheme.The design uses the Mega64 MCU to drive the stepper motor through extended I/O linked with Darlington power transistor.The host system program is developed by Visual C++ and communicates with the vision tester by the RS232 interface,CRC is used to verify data,and Modbus protocol is to send communication instruction.
