摘要
高校图书馆图书资料招标采购是近年来兴起的一种新的采购管理模式。通过分析图书资料招标采购的意义和主要模式,同时结合笔者的工作实践,指出在图书资料招标采购中应注意的问题,并对未来图书招标工作的发展给出4点建议。
University library information tender for the procurement in recent years is the rise of a new book procurement management model. This paper analyzes the tender for the procurement of books, reference materials and the significance of the main model. Combined with the author＇ s work,it pointes out the problems which should be paid attention to in a tender for the procurement of books, reference materials, and gives several suggestions.
