摘要
首先分析了耐蚀铸铁在海水中的腐蚀特性.指出铸铁的石墨形态不影响其均匀腐蚀,但是显著影响铸铁的局部腐蚀,而且在不同的海洋环境下铸铁的腐蚀程度不同;其次列举了几种常用的海水耐蚀铸铁的性能及应用,铸铁低合金化在一定程度上能够改善耐腐蚀性能,而高合金化能够显著改善其耐腐蚀性能,但低合金铸铁的合金元素少,铸造工艺简单,成本低等优势,易于推广使用。最后对现在存在的问题和发展方向作了简要的介绍。
The corrosion particularity of the cast iron in sea water was discussed first. Graphite morphology does not have effect on the uniform corrosion of cast iron, but affects the local corrosion significantly. The corrosion degree of cast iron is different under various marine environment; Next, the properties and application of several cast iron in common use were introduced. Low alloying can benefit the corrosion resistance of cast iron in some degree, however, high alloying have more significant effect on corrosion resistance. With less alloying elements, simpler casting process and lower cost, the low alloy cast iron is easier to be popularized and applied. At last, the existing problems and development direction in future were generally introduced.
