摘要
高等教育与区域经济发展有良好的互动作用,安徽奋力崛起需要我省高等教育为之提供人才支持和科技支撑。文章论述了安徽崛起中我省高等教育的作为与使命;从规模、结构、质量、创新能力、教育资源等角度,剖析了我省高等教育发展中存在的困难和问题;并提出,要化解"难为",有所"作为",其"应为"之策是以实施"五大工程"为抓手,增强我省高等教育服务于安徽崛起的能力,促进高等教育与区域经济协调发展以及自身规模、结构、质量、效益的协调发展。
There is a good interaction between higher education and regional economic development.The rise of Anhui Province requires higher education to provide talents and scientific anct technologlcal support. The paper discusses the function and mission of higher education in the rise of Anhui province. It analyses the difficulties and problems in our higher education development from the view of scale, structure, quality, innovation ability, teaching resource etc. Then it puts forward some strategies of solving ＂difficulty＂, exerting ＂function＂, and the solving strategies which emphasizes the importance of ＂five projects＂ and strengthen the service ability of our higher education for Anhui, and accelerates the harmony development of higher education and regional economic and the harmonious development of its scale, structure, quality and benefit.
