摘要
我国的食用菌产量世界第一,香菇多糖属于真菌多糖,是目前最有开发前途的功能因子和药物资源之一,对香菇多糖近期国内外提取方法、结构分析、生物活性等方面的研究作以论述。
The annual output of our edible fungus industry has b een taken the first place in the world. The polysaccharide from Lentinula edodes is one of fungus polysaccharides.h is regarded as one of the most promising resources of functional factor and drugs.To discuss the review that had studed on extraction method,structural analysis, biological activity of polysaccharide from Lentinula edodes at home and over sea in the near future.
