摘要
采用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱法分析毕拨挥发油化学成分,在毕拨挥发油化学成分中,共分离出115个成分,鉴定出其中的81个成分,已鉴定成分占总挥发油成分峰面积的97.83%;主要为萜烯类及其含氧衍生物等化合物,含量较高的成分是α-律草烯(4.44%)、α-姜黄烯(4.94%)、大根香叶烯-d(5.67%)、十五烷(12.30%)、β-没药烯(6.20%)、十七(碳)-8-烯(6.66%)、8-十七(碳)烯(9.29%)、十七烷(9.07%)等化合物。
The Chemical components of the essential oil from Piperlongum L were analyzed by GC - MS , and the essential oil chemical compo- sition was extracted by solid phase mieroextraction. , 115 components were separated and identified 81 components by GC - MS. The amount of the components of the f essential oil chemical composition were determined by normalization method and 97.83% of the total the essential oil chemical composition. The main chemical components are alpha - humulene ( 4.44 % ), Cyclodedecanc 、 alpha - eurcumene ( 4.94 % ), germacrene - d ( 5. 67% ) ,pentadecane ( 12.30% ) ,beta - Bisabolene (6.20%), Heptadee - 8 -ene (6.66%), 8 - Heptadecene (9.29%), Heptadecane (9.07%) and so on compound.
