摘要
目的观察聚乙二醇电解质散(polyethylene glycol-electrolyte lavage solution,PEG-ELS)在老年人结肠镜检查前肠道准备中应用的效果和护理要点。方法97例老年结肠镜检查患者用抽签法随机分为研究组和对照组,分别给予PEG-ELS和50%硫酸镁溶液进行肠道准备,比较两种方法准备完成时间,询问患者的主观口感,并观察肠道准备效果和不良反应。结果两组间肠道准备完成时间无显著性差异(P>0.05),PEG-ELS口感优于50%硫酸镁溶液(P<0.05),研究组和对照组肠道清洁度满意率分别为69.4%和56.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组间疗效差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组不良反应发生率分别为14.3%和18.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PEG-ELS应用于老年人结肠镜检查中的肠道准备,肠道清洁效果与50%硫酸镁溶液相当,但是主观口感要优于50%硫酸镁溶液,提示它更容易被患者接受。
Objective To observe the effect of PEG-ELS （polyethylene glycol-electrolyte lavage solution）on colonoscopy bowet preparation for elderly and its nursing care. Methods Ninty-seven elderly patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomly divided into study group and control group. PEG-ELS and 50% Adlerika was applied in bowel preparation in the study group and control group respectively and time of preparation, subjective mouthfeel of patients, effects of bowel prepartaion and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in time of bowel preparation between two groups （P）0. 05）. Subjective mouthfeel of PEG-ELS was much better than that of 50% Adlerika （ P %0. 05）. The satifsfaction rate of bowel cleanness in study group and the control group was 69.4% and 56.3% respectively, and there was no marked difference （ P 〈0.05）. Thereaputic effects and adverse reactions were also not significantly different（ P 〈0.05）,with adverse reaction rate of 14.3% and 18.8% in the study group and the control group respectively. Conclusion Application of PEG-ELS in conlonscopy bowel preparation for elderlys can produce equivalent effects of bowel cleaness by 50% Adlerika, and is easier to accept as patients with much better subjective mouthfeel.
