摘要 针对电子信息科学与技术专业,从人才培养目标、课堂内容优化与课程体系设置、实践教学环节等方面对新时期地方性本科院校应用型人才培养机制进行了探索与实践,阐述了以"校企合作,双向互动,反馈调整"为基础,以"实践能力、工程素养、创新精神和综合素质"为核心的应用型本科人才培养机制.这对深化应用型本科院校的教学改革,培养高素质的应用型本科人才具有重要意义. In this paper, aiming at the major of electric information science and technology, from the aspects of personnel training objectives, optimizing content and classroom curriculum setting and practice teaching, the new period' s cultivation model of application - oriented undergraduate talents in local universities was explored, in which taking school -enterprise cooperation, two -way interaction and modifying feedback as the foundation, the cultivation model of application - oriented undergraduate talents centering on practical ability, accomplishment in engineering, spirit of innovation and comprehensive quality was established, which had great significance to deepen the educational reform of application universities and to cultivate high quality application talents.
