摘要
为了获得高质量的熔模,分析了压蜡机的结构和工作原理以及各类压注技术的特点及适用范围,讨论了压蜡机关键制造技术和压制蜡模的稳定性技术,提出控制熔模质量的方法.结果表明,蜡料充填时间DFT小于薄膜凝固时间FST时,除气泡外几乎不出现其他的表面缺陷;液态压注方式,当模料以层流方式注入模腔时可以有效地避免气泡的生成;采用分段式压力控制和流速控制,且同时控制压板和压型温度的压蜡机可以有效地提高蜡模质量.
To obtain the wax pattern with high quality, the structure and work theories of wax-injection were introduced, characteristics and applications of many other filling methods were summerized, manufacture technologies to stabilize the quality of wax pattern were discussed, and some methods for quality improvement were put forward. Results show that, when DFT ( Die Filling Time) is less than FST ( Film Solidification Time), there is no surface fault except some bladders; the emergence of bladders can be avoided with the injection of laminar flow, and the quality of wax pattern can be improved by controlling the compressive stress of subsections, velocity, press and temperature.
