摘要
目的:探讨肉毒素咬肌注射和颊脂垫切除术联合应用在面部改形中的作用。方法:采用A型肉毒素(BTX-A)行双侧咬肌注射,每侧50U,总剂量每次100U。同时采用口内切口行颊脂垫切除,切除的脂肪量每侧平均3～5g。结果:45例患者接受上述治疗,经过半年至一年半的随访,面型均有不同程度地改善。患者感到满意。结论:肉毒素咬肌注射和颊脂垫切除术联合应用是一个安全有效、创伤极小、操作简单、并发症少的手术组合,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of the masseter injection of botulinum toxin combined with buccal fat pad resection in facial profile plastic surgery.Methods：In 45 cases, botulinum toxin type A was injected into the hypertrophied masseter in dose of 50U per-side.After one week,the buccal fat pad was removed through intra-oral incision.3-5g fats were resected per-side averagely.Results：After 0.5-1.5 years follow-up,all patiens were satisfied with the results.No severe complication was occurred except one case with incision infection.Conclusion：This method was reliable,simple and stable in clinic use.To get good effect,it is important to select proper candidates.
