摘要
农业企业家的产生是中国农村经济的新鲜事物,具有旺盛的生命力和时代背景条件,农业企业家的成长对中国农村经济的发展具有重要的战略意义。中国亟需要培育一大批农业企业家。在现阶段,农业企业家陷入一系列的成长困境而难以健康成长,主要表现为动力困境、体制困境、文化困境、人才困境、资金困境、信息困境等方面。针对一系列的困境,笔者提出了具体的政策建议。
Agricultural entrepreneur is an innovation of rural ＇economic development in China, they have powerful vitalities and epoch-making backgrounds, and their progress have important strategic significance for the development of rural economics of China. A Large amount of agricultural entrepreneurs are desiderated in China. Nowadays, agricultural entrepreneurs encounter cultivation difficulties blocking their rapid growing, such as motivation predicament, system predicament, culture predicament, talent predicament, capital predicament, information predicament. For solving those predicaments, some concrete policy suggestions are proposed.
