摘要
血液细胞分析仪是临床检验工作中最常使用的检验仪器,而具有白细胞五分类功能的仪器目前也已经非常普及。目前各厂家所生产的此类血细胞分析仪在检测原理上各不相同,在白细胞分类上更是使用了完全不同的检测方法和不同的试剂,所形成的白细胞分类散点图也完全不同,使用者在应用上和对散点图的解读上仍有一定困惑。本文介绍了目前世界上几个著名的厂商设计和生产的高端血细胞分析仪,根据他们的测定原理,配合其特定的散点图进行详细介绍,期望对使用此类仪器的用户有所帮助。
Hematology analyzer is the most frequently used instruments in clinic laboratory testing and as of now those hematology analyzers with the function of leukocyte 5-part differential are quite popular. Hematology analyzers produced by different manufacturers are based on variant principles of determination, taking entirely different test methods, using different reagents in the differential leukocyte counting, and producing different scattergrarns, which perplexes the application and interpretation of such scattergrams. This article fully introduces several high-end hematology analyzers produced by a few world well-known manufacturers in accordance with their determination principles and with the facilities of some specific scattergrams. Hoping this would be some help to these hematology analyzer users.
