摘要
[目的]系统评价国内真武汤及其加减方治疗心力衰竭的临床对照试验的疗效,为其进一步完善真武汤临床研究设计提供理论依据。[方法]搜集真武汤及其加减方临床对照研究试验,筛选合格文献,文献质量评价按Cochrane系统评价手册4.2.2版关于随机时照试验(RCT)的质量评价标准进行。[结果]检索到符合纳入标准的临床对照试验31篇,其中单中心27篇,多中心4篇;省级及其以上医疗和研究机构4篇,市级22篇,市级以下单位5篇。按照Cochrane评价标准,均属于C级。[结论]从现有研究来看,真武汤及其加减方治疗心力衰竭疾病较对照组更有优势。但是可供纳入的文献质量普遍不高,所以有待于进一步研究,希望能多出现大样本高质量的临床随机对照试验。
[Objective] To systematically assess the effect of clinical controlled trial of Zhenwu decoction and its modified prescriptions in treating heart failure for perfecting the clinical designing of Zhenwu decoction,[Methods] The clinical controlled trial of Zhenwu decoction and its modified prescriptions in treating heart failure was collected, and the qualified research was selected, The quality evaluation was carried out by using the Cochrane system estimation manual of 4.2.2 edition about RCT. [Results] The clinical controlled trials of Zhenwu decoction and its modified prescriptions in treating heart failure were 31, among them the articles from single center were 27, the one from many center were 4, the articles from provincial institutions and beyond them were 4, the articles from the institutions of cities were 22, the articles below the level of city were 5. According to the assessing standard of Cochrane, all belonged to C. [Conclusion] From the research available now, it is considered that the effect of Zhenwu decoction and its modified prescriptions in treating heart failure are more superior than that of the control group. But the quality of the literatures was universally low. More clinical controlled trials with high level were expected.
