摘要
硕士研究生作为国家高等教育培养的高层次人才,是我国国民经济发展中的一支重要力量,其就业不仅关系到硕士研究生自身的发展,而且关系到国家发展的大局。在分析当前硕士研究生就业形势趋紧的原因基础上,提出改善硕士研究生就业状况的几点建议。
The master degree candidates education , which is to develop the higher talents , is one of the important forces to drive the development of our economy. The employment situation of the master degree candidates is not related to the development of the master degree candidates education itself, but also related to the economic development of our country as a whole. The paper discusses the causes and the solutions to solve the master degree candidates employment issues .
