摘要
本文阐述了军队医院聘用制人员管理的难点与对策,主要对策为:成立专门管理机构,规范聘用流程,依法建立劳动关系,制定相应的管理制度,加强教育培训,建立健全考评激励机制,构建拴心留人环境,成立预备役卫生营强化管理。
Difficulties of employee management for military hospital was elaborated. To enforce the employee management, it is necessary to establish special management institution, standardize the employing flow, form the labor relations according to law, formulate the corresponding disciplines, strengthen education and training, build up a sound system of evaluation and encouragement, construct the favorable working circumstances and set up the medical battalion of reserve duty.
