摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定氨糖美辛肠溶胶囊中吲哚美辛含量。方法采用phenomsil BDS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.1mol/L冰醋酸溶液-乙腈(45∶55)为流动相,检测波长为228nm。结果吲哚美辛质量浓度的线性范围为19.96～73.16μg/mL,(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.3%(n=6)。结论HPLC法可准确检测出氨糖美辛肠溶胶囊中吲哚美辛含量。
Objective To determine the content of indomethacin in Glucosamine IndomethacinEnteric- Coated Capsules by HPLC. Methods The Phenomsil BDS C18 column （250mm×4.6mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 1 mol/L glacial acetic acid solution and acetonitrile （45：55） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 228 nm. Results The linear curves were obtained over the range of 19.96-73.16 ttg/mL, r=0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 100. 1%, and RSD was 0.3% （n =6）. Conclusion This method is proved to be suitable for determining the content of indomethaein in Glucosamine Indomethacin Enteric- Coated Capsules.
