摘要
探讨重金属镉胁迫下对坚尼草和柱花草种子发芽与根伸长的抑制效应。结果表明,与对照相比,低浓度(≤10mg/L)镉污染对坚尼草发芽率有轻微的促进作用,高浓度(30mg/L)则为抑制作用。不同浓度的镉污染对柱花草发芽率的影响较小,说明柱花草种子在萌芽阶段的抗镉胁迫能力较强。水培条件下Cd胁迫对根的抑制作用小于芽。
Seeds of Panicum maximum and Stylo (Stylothansis guiyanasis) were treated with cadmium (Cd) at the concentrations of 0.5, 1, 3, 5, 10 and 30mg/L with the blank as the control. Under hydroponics low concentrations (≤10 mg/L) of Cd slightly promoted germination of P. maximum, while high concentration (30 mg/L) restrained its germination. Single Cd had less effect on germination of Stylo, indicating that Stylo seeds possessed a relative strong ability to tolerate Cd. Cd stress had a higher inhibitory effect on seed germination than root elongation under hvdroDonics.
