摘要
阐述贯彻执行《橡胶树栽培技术规程》和《橡胶树割胶技术规程》了技术规程对植胶生产的意义、各植胶区宣传贯彻的经验及其成效,并对今后的工作提出建议。
Promotion of the technical regulations for cultivation and exploitation of rubber trees （Hevea brasiliensis） are discussed, including its importance in rubber planting and production, experience in carrying out these technical regulations in different rubber tracts, and the results of its observation. Some proposals for upgrading the technological level of natural rubber industry in the future are also suggested.
