摘要
本文主要对广西来宾冶炼厂铜镉渣中的金属铜、镉、锌的浸出条件进行了研究。采用成本较低的空气和二氧化锰做氧化剂促进铜浸出,考察了硫酸浓度、浸出时间、浸出温度、液固比、MnO2的用量对铜、镉、锌浸出率的影响,确定了铜镉渣中的主要有价金属铜、镉、锌的最佳浸出条件。研究结果表明,在通空气的条件下,控制浸出温度为60℃、硫酸浓度为15%、液固比为3mL/g、MnO2用量为铜镉渣的2%、浸出时间为3h,铜、镉的浸出率达到97%以上,同时锌的浸出率在99%以上。
The sulfuric acid leaching of Cu, Zn and Cd from the copper-cadmium slag of Laibin smelting plant is investigated. Leaching the slag by air bubbled and MnO2 added to accelerate the leaching of copper. The effects of concentration of sulfuric acid, leaching time, temperature, liquid -to- solid ratio(L/S) and dosage of oxidant on leaching are determined. The experhnental results show that over 97 % of Cd and Cu, at the same time over 99 % of Zn are leached at the conditions of temperature 60℃, leaching time 3h, concentration of sulfuric acid 15%, L/S 3, added MnO2 2.0% with air bubbled.
