气体钻井安全技术在平落坝构造的应用 被引量:2

摘要 川西北地区裂缝孔洞发育、分布规律性差,钻井过程中井漏和地层出水频发,岩石可钻性差,钻井周期长,钻井过程风险程度高,严重制约了勘探开发步伐。如何提高钻井速度,采用先进可靠的钻井安全技术,一直是该地区钻井工作的一个难题。在平落坝构造平落003-3井、平落006-5井、平落012-2井的钻井过程中,选择了适当的井段进行气体钻井安全技术试验研究,实践表明,气体钻井安全技术能大幅提高钻井速度,减少井漏和断钻具以及井下燃爆引起的卡钻等井下复杂事故。气体钻井安全技术在平落坝构造得到成功应用,成为加快川西北气田开发的重要安全技术。 In the Northwest District of SiChuan province, the crack hole growth and distribution orderliness were poor, the well leaking and stratum water flood occurred in high frequency, and there were poor rock drillabtling,long drilling period and high risks in the drilling period. All of these seriously restricted the course of exploration. How to improve the drilling speed, and what type of safety drilling technique which was advanced and reliable to be used,were the problems of the drilling job at all times in this District. In the drilling period of PingLuo 003 - 3, PingLuo 006-5 and PingLuo 012-2 will in PingLuoBa Structure, the suitable hole interval was chosen to make experiment on air drilling safety technique. The practice shows that this technique can highly improve the drilling speed, and also it can decrease some complex incidents in the well such as well leaking, drilling tools breaking,pipe stuck caused by deflagration in the well and so on. The air drilling safety technique was applied successfully in the PingLuoBa Structure, and it became an important safety technique to expedite the gas field exploitation in SiChuan Northwest District.
