摘要
根据目前高校图书馆典藏工作中存在的问题,分析了典藏的调控职能未能发挥作用的原因,针对典藏工作的特点对图书典藏岗位的设置进行了初步探讨,提出了使图书资源保持合理结构并形成科学的收藏布局的改进措施。
Based on the problems existing in the book-collecting work of university library at present, this paper analyzes the reasons why the regulating function of the book collection doesn＇ t work, and in the lioght of the features of the book collection, probes into the design of the post of the book collection, and puts forward some improvement measures for keeping the rational structure of the book resources and forming a scientific composition of the collection.
