摘要
我国是一个多山的国家,山区经济的发展关系到科学发展观的落实、和谐社会的构建和国民经济发展的全局。然而,由于地理位置和历史等原因,我国山区经济的发展比较缓慢。山区经济发展既有丰富的资源、多样的文化、大量的劳动力等优势,也有自然条件恶劣和基础设施差、产业结构单一、农民整体素质低等不利因素。要促进山区经济的发展,必须因地制宜,利用其优势,加强山区综合生产能力建设,推进经济社会全面发展。
Our country is a country of many mountains, the development of the economy in mountain areas concerns the overall situation of national economy. However, due to such elemnets as geographical position and history, etc. , the economy in mountain areas of our country develops slower than other areas. There are such advanta- ges as abundant resources various cultures , and large number of workforces in the mountain area; and such disadvantages as bad natural conditions and poor infrastruetural facilities, single industrial structure, and farmer＇s low quality. It therefore must suit measures to local conditions and fully utilize the advantages, avoid the inferior position to make the economic development tactics in the mountain areas to promote the development of economy in mountain areas of our country.
