摘要
目的了解社区乳腺癌患者的生命质量现况并分析主要的影响因素。方法采用乳腺癌患者生命质量量表(FACT-B,V4.0)和自行设计的一般情况表,对上海市徐汇区6个社区的390例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果社区乳腺癌患者的生命质量总分为102.2±16.6。生活自理能力、工作状态、复发状况、医疗保障和中医药治疗是影响乳腺癌患者总体生命质量的因素;中医药治疗和生活自理能力是影响情感维度的重要因素。结论上海徐汇6社区乳腺癌患者的生命质量尚可。提高患者的生活自理能力、关注社区乳腺癌患者中的弱势人群,开展针对性的癌症康复俱乐部活动等心理干预活动是开展社区乳腺癌患者康复干预的有效措施。
Objective： To learn the current situation of quality of life （QOL） with community breast cancer survivors and to explore the influencing factors on the QOL. Methods ： By using FACT - B （V4.0） and a self - designed questionnaire, 390 breast cancer survivors in 6 communities of Xuhui District of Shanghai were asked to fulfill the questionnaires. Results：The overall score of QOL is 102.21 ± 16.62. Self - care ability, employment, recurrence status, heahh insurance, traditional Chinese medicine treatment had an independent, significant association with overall QOL. Self - care ability and traditional Chinese medicine treatment were significantly associated with emotional domain of QOL. Conclusion：The QOL of community breast cancers survivors in 6 communities of Xuhui District is quite fair. Improving the self- care ability of survivors, paying more attention to the weak population of survivors and psychological interventions such as building fighting cancer club are all the effective measures of community - based intervention.
