摘要
在分析总结国内外已有的相关研究成果的基础上,结合隧道内具体的使用环境,开发研究了沥青阻燃改性剂及阻燃改性沥青,并提出了它们的生产工艺。通过测试沥青阻燃改性剂的用量对阻燃改性沥青的氧指数和烟雾密度的影响,研究了沥青阻燃改性剂的阻燃效果,并确定了其最佳用量;通过对比试验,分析研究了普通改性沥青与阻燃改性沥青及其混合料的综合性能。结果表明,该沥青阻燃改性剂对沥青有着良好的阻燃效果,其最佳用量为沥青的5.0%;沥青阻燃改性剂的加入,对阻燃改性沥青及其混合料的综合性能并无不良影响。
This paper, based on the analysis of the existing research achievements at home and abroad, developed the fireretardant modifier and modified fire- retardant asphalt and proposed their processing technique. The fire resistance of the fire - retardant modifier was researched and its optimum dosage was determined through the testing the influence of the fire- retardant modifier dosage on the oxygen index and smoke density of the modified fire- retardant asphalt; the comprehensive performances of common modified asphalt, modified fire - retardant asphalt and its mixture were analyzed and researched through comparison test. The results show that: the fire- retardant modifier had good fire resistance, the optimum dosage is 5.0 % of the asphalt dosage, and the addition of the fire - retardant modifier had no bad influence on the comprehensive performances of the modified fire- retardant asphalt and its mixture.
