摘要
数控加工中,非圆曲线轮廓零件的编程,主要有2种方法:(1)使用UG、Master cam等软件进行自动编程(2)利用用户宏程序等类似方法进行手工编程。无论采用自动编程还是手工编程,其编程原理都是基于对非圆曲线轮廓的数学处理。本文研究了等距法、三点圆法在非圆曲线数学处理中的算法及应用,对合理选择编程方法,优化编程及自动编程软件的二次开发,都有着积极的指导意义。
in the process of NC machining, there are two kinds of methods to the programming for noncircular curve contour components, one way is automatic programming with software, such as UG. Master cam etc. Another is manual way with macro program; the two methods are both based on the mathematics computing. In this paper the algorithm and application of the equidistance methods and three point circle one in the mathematics processing of noncircular curve contour component has been studied. It has a positive guide meaning not only to select programming methods reasonably and optimize programming but to second-developing of automatic programming software.
