摘要
目的:探讨六月青多糖(LYQP)体外清除自由基以及抗氧化的作用。方法:硫代巴比妥酸法测小鼠肝中丙二醛(MDA)含量,分光光度法测小鼠红细胞溶血和肝线粒体肿胀度,邻苯三酚自氧化法和邻二氮菲-Fe2+/H2O2体系研究LYQP对自由基的作用。结果:LYQP能有效抑制MDA的产生,减少小鼠红细胞溶血,减轻肝线粒体肿胀度,能抑制.OH的生成,但对O2-的生成起促进作用。结论:LYQP有明显的体外抗氧化作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-oxidative effect of Liuyueqing polysaccharide（LYQP） in vitro. METHODS MDA content in liver was measured by thiobabituric acid assay, the hemolysis of RBC and the swelling extent of mitochondria was de tected by spectrophotometry, and the effect of LYQP on superoxide anion （O2^-） was investigated by the auto-oxidation of py- rogallol and its effect on hydroxyl free radical （·OH） was measured by Fe^2＋ -H2O2 system. RESULTS LYQP could inhibit the generation of MDA, the hemolysis of RBC, the swelling of mitochondria, and the production of OH, while the polysaccharide could increase the generation of O2^- CONCLUSION LYQP possesses a good anti-oxidative effect in vitro.
