摘要
目的:探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切(PPH)术患者的舒适护理方法。方法:对68例行PPH术患者实施舒适护理,即针对患者的心理、生理、社会需求将舒适护理贯穿于术前、术中、术后,使舒适护理渗透到每一项护理工作中。结果:通过实施舒适护理,行PPH术患者减轻了紧张、焦虑情绪,减少了术后并发症,缩短了住院天数。结论:对行PPH术患者实施舒适护理,有利于提高护理服务质量,使患者获得舒适,取得患者认可,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ： To explore the methods of comfortable nursing care of patients treated with PPH surgery. Methods ： PPH was applied to 68 patients treated with PPH surgery and comfortable nursing care was conducted through the whole perioperative period. Results： After having applied tiae comfortable nursing care, the anxiety of the patients was relieved, the complications were reduced and the time of hospitalization was shortened. Conclusion ： Comfortable nursing care can improve the nursing quality and increase the satisfaction of the patients.
