胃肠道间质瘤的诊断与治疗 被引量：2

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumors，GIST）是消化道最常见的间叶组织来源的肿瘤，有别于胃肠道肌源性或神经源性的肉瘤。1983年Mazur等首先提出GIST这一概念，10年前Hirota等发现了其分子特征。目前GIST被定义为组织学上富于梭形细胞、上皮样细胞，偶或多形性细胞，呈束状、弥漫状排列，免疫表型上表达KIT蛋白（CD117）、巢蛋白（nestin）以及功能未知蛋白（discovered on GIST1，DOG1），
