摘要
应用威布尔比例风险模型(proportional hazards model,PHM)建立了基于状态信息的故障率模型,并考虑了样本数据为一般截尾情况下的模型参数估计。通过残差分析对模型进行了验证,确定了安全性要求下的最优维修决策。最后以某轴承为案例,对模型和方法的实用性和合理性进行了分析验证。
The Weibull proportional hazards model(PHM)is used to establish failure rate model based on the condition information. And the parameters are estimated when the sample data is general censored. The hazard rate model is built and the model is validated through residual analysis. Then the optimal maintenance interval is determined under safety objective. Finally, the bearing is as a case to analyze and validate the rationality of the model.
