聚乳酸/丽赛/竹纤维混纺织物一步法前处理

摘要 采用高效退浆酶对聚乳酸/丽赛/竹纤维(40/40/20)混纺织物进行一步法前处理,分别对高效退浆酶、双氧水和精练剂的用量,pH值,保温温度及保温时间进行单因素和正交试验,确定上述因素对前处理的影响。以白度、断裂强力和失重率为指标评价后,确定该一步法前处理工艺为:高效退浆酶5 g/L、精练剂7 g/L,硅酸钠3 g/L,渗透剂JFC 3 g/L,保温温度80℃,保温时间45 min,浴比1∶30,pH值6.5。 With high efficient desizing enzymes, one bath pretreatment of PLA/Richcel/bamboo fiber blended fabric is carried out. The dosage of desizing enzymes, hydrogen peroxide and scouring agent, pH value, holding temperature and time are respectively studied by using breaking strength, whiteness and weight loss rate as a proof and then the appropriate ranges are got. These factors are further confirmed through orthogonal experiment and the optimum technological parameters are gained. The result shows that the pretreatment process features good effect, less pollution and cleaner production.
