摘要
文章在梳理企业成长能力内涵演化的基础上,应用复杂性理论对企业的复杂适应性特征进行简要分析,建立了企业与环境互动作用的成长演化模型,并依此构建了企业主动适应性成长能力的分析框架。研究结果可丰富企业成长能力理论,并为企业提升其动态适应能力,实现可持续成长提供基本思路。
Enterprise growth is a dynamic process to actively adapt to the growth of the existing environment influenced by different complex effects of undetermined factors. The paper is intended to analyze the complex adaptive characteristics and the growing performance of enterprises on the basis of the CAS theory, and to construct an analysis framework of the actively adaptive growth capability.
