摘要
本文通过PAM、重铬酸钠、硫代硫酸钠和邻苯二胺以不同比例混合后的胶凝试验,确定了各组分的配比范围及最佳配比。按最佳配比配制胶凝液,测定胶凝前、后的粘度,评价其耐温性、耐酸碱性及抗盐性。试验结果表明:在温度低于120℃、弱酸性、低矿化度的条件下,该胶凝液配方可形成凝胶堵剂,且该凝胶堵剂具有良好的粘弹性,可用碱性溶液解堵。
By experiment with bulk and different kind of proportions about the gelling solution, the suitable concentration range of each gelling solution part is determined. And fixed every gelling solution part at the best ratio, the rule of gelation performance effect by the temperature have been investigated. At the same time under the constant temperature of 90℃, the best ratio of gelling solution proceeded to the experiment of bear the salt, acid resistane and bear the alkali. The experiment results indicate that: when the condition of temperature under 120℃, lower salinity and the pH, the gelling solution can gel. The gelatin of good viscous elasticity, can be dissolved in alkali.
