椎管内结核的MRI表现 被引量：1

摘要 椎管内结核（intraspinal tuberculosis，ITB）包括脊髓髓内结核和脊髓膜结核，是结核杆菌侵犯脊髓和（或）脊髓膜引起的感染性肉芽肿所致，临床罕见，国内外文献报道较少，影像学上缺乏对其足够认识，笔者搜集经临床及手术证实的椎管内结核5例，回顾性分析其MRI表现，结合文献并与病理进行对照，旨在探讨椎管内结核的MRI表现特征，以期提高对该病的认识和影像诊断水平。
