水仙花中总黄酮超声提取工艺的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的优选水仙花的提取工艺。方法以水仙花中的总黄酮含量为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定超声波提取最佳工艺。结果最佳工艺为:以70%乙醇作为溶剂,料液比为1:40,在超声波功率为300W的条件下超声提取3次,每次15min,水仙花中总黄酮含量达到2.24%。结论本法具有提取效率高,操作简便,对提取水仙花中的有效成分有一定的实际意义。 Objective To optimize the extracting techniques of Narcissus . Methods The extraction technique was selected by single factor and orthogonal experiment method, taking the total flavone contents of Narcissus as the index. Results The best extraction conditions of Narcissus had been established as follows: alcohol concentration 60%, microwave power 300W, each timel5 min for 3 times and at the solid-liquid ratio of 1:40, the content of total flavone is to 2.24%. Conclusion Microwave extraction method is efficient, simple and has practical significance for extraction of active compounds from Narcissus.
