摘要
为了减少尾矿排放容量,延长尾矿库使用寿命,开展了利用尾矿生产烧结砖试验。梅山铁矿细粒尾矿具有黏而细的特性,选用压滤工艺进行脱水,水分达到20%左右。通过实验室试验、半工业试验、工业试验,探索了烧结砖烧成温度和制砖工艺,研制出合格多孔砖,抗压强度达到建筑烧结砖MU10的标准,完成了冻融试验、泛霜试验、抗石灰爆裂试验,吸水率达到标准。放射性检测表明,其产销与使用范围不受限制。提出了一期产品规模年产1.2亿块标砖,尽快利用尾矿资源建设烧结砖生产线的设想,实现产业化后,可率先达到无尾矿山的奋斗目标。
For the purpose of reducing tailings emission capacity and extending the tailing dam' s life, researches on sintering bricks made of iron ore railings were carried out. In view of features of stickiness and fineness of small granularity tailings with Meishan iron ore, the dewatering process of pressure filter was used with 20% water content. By means of laboratory, semi-industrial and industrial experiments, the brick-making process, including the manufacturing temperature, was explored, and finally the certified perforated bricks were produced with the compression strength reaching MU10, the standard for construction-use bricks. Tests of freezing-melting, frost and lime burst were made, and water absorption reached the standard. Radioactivity detecting showed that the scope of production, selling and using were out of limit. The proposals were put forward for manufacturing 120 million pieces of standard bricks per year for the first phase of the project, and building a production line using the tailing resources to make siutering bricks as soon as possible. When the industrialization is realized, the target of no tailings emission can be reached.
