摘要
目的探讨卵巢透明细胞癌的超声声像图特点。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的37例卵巢透明细胞癌的超声图像特征。结果37例患者中,声像图呈混合性占位22例,低回声占位7例,液性占位8例。术前超声无一例诊断卵巢透明细胞癌。结论分析卵巢透明细胞癌的超声声像图特征,结合临床表现和实验室检查,有助于临床上早期作出诊断。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of ovarian clear cell cancers （OCCC）. Methods All 37 patients with OCCC were confirmed by operation and pathology. And the ultrasonograpic features of these cases were analyzed restrospectively. Results Of the 37 OCCC cases, uhrasonographic features were showed as three types： tumors with mixed eehogenicity in 22 cases, hypoechogenic solid mass in 5 cases and cystic masses in 8 cases. None of them was diagnosed correctly by ultrasonography preoperatively. Conclusion The diagnosis of OCCC with ultrasonography should be based on the uhrasonographic features, and clinical and laboratory results.
