SO_4^(2-)插层ZnAl和MgAl类水滑石的制备条件研究

摘要 采用共沉淀法,以金属硫酸盐为原料,NaOH为沉淀剂合成SO42-插层ZnAl和MgAl类水滑石,并通过XRD、FT-IR对其结构特征进行表征.探讨合成条件以及M2+与M3+摩尔比对水滑石结构的影响.结果表明:pH值8.0,晶化温度60~80℃、晶化时间5~10 h可合成结构完整的水滑石晶相.M2+与M3+摩尔比在2~4均可合成水滑石单一晶相,但随着M2+与M3+摩尔比的增加,水滑石的层间距增大.IR测试证实,层间插层的阴离子为SO42-. SO4^2- intercalated Mg-Al and Zn-Al hydrotaleite-like compounds(HTLcs) were synthesized by coprecipitation from sulfurate and NaOH. The samples synthesized were characterized by XRD and FTIR. The effects of varying reaction conditions on the crystal structure were investigated. The effect of M^2+ /M^3+ on the crystal structure was also discussed. The results showed that the well crystallized HTLcs were prepared at pH = 8, aged temperature in the range 60 ℃ to 80 ℃, aged time from 5 h to 10 h. The pure hydrotalcite phase could be obtained at M^2 +/M^3 + range 2 to 4, but the interlayer spacing increased with the increase of M^2 +/M^3 + ratio.
