摘要 基因的时空表达和可控表达,一直是人们希望解决的问题,在小鼠中可以从DNA、转录、转录后和翻译后四个水平,通过Cre/LoxP、GAL4/UAS和条件性RNA干扰等多种方法实现。本文介绍了条件性控制小鼠基因表达的几种方法及研究进展。 The spatiotemporal and controlled gene expression has always been a problem that people hope to solve. In the mouse, this has been accomplished by using Cre/LoxP, GAL4/UAS, conditional RNA interference and other systems at the DNA, transcriptional, posttranscriptional and posttranslational level. This paper reviews several methods and the latest progress of conditional control of gene expression in the mouse.
