摘要
依据汽车行驶时驾驶室所受的各种振动来确定驾驶室承受的动态载荷。运用有限元法的拓扑优化技术获得驾驶室的最佳骨架分布及截面分布;根据实际要求完成驾驶室的总体结构设计;并对驾驶室骨架进行振动载荷下的动态响应分析,获得结构的变形及其动载下的应力分布,从而验证了该货车驾驶室的刚强度能够满足设计的要求。
The dynamic load is determined by various vibrations the driving cabin receives when a car is running. FEM is presented to get the best topological structure of the cab framework and the section. Synthesizing the consideration of the result and practical design experience, the author achieves the design of the cab framework and its accessories. At last, dynamic response analysis of the cab framework is done using finite element method. Distortion of the cab and stress distribution of the cab is achieved from the analysis. It is shown from study that the strength and the stiffness of the cab are satisfactory.
