摘要
中国大学生的生存路径出了问题,其中的主要原因是中国的传统文化正在发生嬗变,而构建在传统文化基础上的大学生社会保障和社会资助政策没有对大学生的生存路径做出相应的制度安排。大学生一般是成年人,父母没有抚养的责任;大学生要学习,没有自我生存的时间和精力;大学生的户籍已经迁离原籍,无法纳入原来的城市或农村社会保障体系。基于生命权保障和高等教育的社会效益,有必要构建和完善大学生的社会保障体系。
The surviving path of Chinese university students has become a problem. One main reason is that China＇ s traditional culture is evoluting, but the social security and social policy- funded building on the traditional cultures didn＇ t change. Students are adults, parents do not have the responsibility of raising; students have to study, and have no self- survival time; university students have been away from the family. Basing on the social benefits of higher education, it is necessary to build and improve the university＇ s social security system to ensure that college students the basic right to life, and reasonable arrangements for national and community college funding social model is of particular importance.
