摘要
为使建筑材料(如钢筋、水泥)的质量满足安全生产的要求,以ARM9为微处理器设计了一款嵌入式仪表,运用液晶图形化显示技术,大容量信息存储,测量和控制数据处理技术,网络通信技术等,结合工业过程控制的实际需要,移植了Linux实时操作系统,实现了仪表的智能化,信息化和网络化。实践证明此设计满足了质量检测的要求。
In order to ensure the quality of building materials (steel bar, cement, etc. ) to meet safety requirements, an embedded instrument based on ARM9 microprocessor is designed. By adopting technologies of LCD graphic display, large capacity storage, measurement and control data processing, as well as network communication, based on practical requirement in industrial process control, the Linux real-time operating system has been transplanted. The instrument features intelligent, information and networking. The practice proves that the requirement of quality detection has been fulfilled.
