肩峰下横行切口微创治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨肩峰下横行切口微创治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法自2004年6月～2007年6月采用肩峰下横行切口微创加AO肱骨近端锁定接骨板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折44例，其中男性20例，女性24例；年龄60。88岁，平均75．6岁。按Neer分型：Ⅱ型14例，Ⅲ型24例，Ⅳ型6例。结果术后患者平均随访8．5个月，骨折愈合时间平均9周（7。12周）。按Consrant评分标准，平均88．9分，其中优32例，良8例，可4例，优良率90．9％。结论肩峰下横行切口加LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折是一种安全有效的方法。LPHP具有操作方便、固定可靠、保护血供，有利于关节囊和肩袖修复，有利于骨折愈合及肩关节功能恢复等优点。
