肩峰下横行切口微创治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肩峰下横行切口微创治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法自2004年6月~2007年6月采用肩峰下横行切口微创加AO肱骨近端锁定接骨板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折44例,其中男性20例,女性24例;年龄60。88岁,平均75.6岁。按Neer分型:Ⅱ型14例,Ⅲ型24例,Ⅳ型6例。结果术后患者平均随访8.5个月,骨折愈合时间平均9周(7。12周)。按Consrant评分标准,平均88.9分,其中优32例,良8例,可4例,优良率90.9%。结论肩峰下横行切口加LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折是一种安全有效的方法。LPHP具有操作方便、固定可靠、保护血供,有利于关节囊和肩袖修复,有利于骨折愈合及肩关节功能恢复等优点。
