摘要 介绍了含水酒精经过重整作为发动机代用燃料的技术,分析了含水酒精重整富氢混合气作为发动机燃料的优点,并在经过改造的汽油机上进行了燃用含水酒精重整气的试验研究.试验结果表明,利用发动机的排气余热可使含水酒精在催化剂的作用下重整为富氢的混合气,发动机燃用含水酒精重整气可实现稀薄燃烧,NOx排放显著降低. The technology of reformed hydrated alcohol application for engine is introduced in this paper. And the advantages of the hydrogen enrichment mixture as the alternative fuel for engine are ana lyzed. Experimental study is carried out on a reconstructed spark ignition (SI) engine. The results indicate that hydrated alcohol can be reformed to hydrogen enrichment gas by the effect of the catalyst absorbing the heat of exhaust,and the NOx emissions are reduced substantially due to the lean combustion.
