摘要
针对正在使用的排粉机效率低、功耗大,叶轮磨损严重等问题,经过分析计算,对其进行了换型改造.通过运行实践证明:提高了风机转子的使用寿命,运行效率也显著提高,节省了大量能源.
Low efficiency, powerful consumption and serious abrasion are the weakness of the mill fan now used in 220t/h boiler. Against these shortcomings, transformation of this kind of mill fan was carried out according to its related analysis and calculation. It was conformed through running that the service life and operating efficiency of this fan rotor are raised. As a result of this improvement, a lot of energy is saved.
