摘要
由于用Pro/E和ADAMS结合来开发复杂机械系统的虚拟样机逐渐成为实用流行的仿真需求,二者之间的模型传递过程中图形数据交换的问题就显得尤为重要。本文通过研究Pro/E与ADAMS之间的图形数据转换问题,完成了二者之间协同仿真的前期工作,并解决Mechanism/Pro具体操作中存在的问题,在建立虚拟样机时大大提高了数据转换的可靠性和效率,节省了大量的时间和精力,仿真效率也明显提高。
As the use of Pro / E and ADAMS combination to develop a virtual prototype of complex mechanical systems is becoming popular and practical for the simulation, the issue of graphics data exchanging is particularly important in the process of transmission of the models between the software. This paper finished the initial co-simulation work, by researching the graphics data conversion issues between Pro / E and ADAMS, and together settled the specific problems in operating Mechanism / Pro, so it greatly enhanced the reliability and efficiency for transferring the data in the establishment of a virtual prototype, saving a great deal of time and energy, improved efficiency of the simulation significantly.
