摘要
林业资源型城市是以森林资源开发利用面的扩大而逐步建立和形成的,林业经济占城市经济主导地位,林业人口占城市人口1/3以上。所建立的一套科学合理、具有可操作性的评价指标体系,包含33个指标,分别从经济、社会、资源和生态4个方面对林业资源型城市经济转型情况进行评价。
Forest resourees-based city is established through the development and utilization of forest resources, where forest is dominated in the municipal economy and population within forestry is more than one-third of the total population of the city that is not smaller than county-level. This paper sets up a scientific and practical evaluation index system which has 33 indices from the economic, social, resource and ecological perspectives to evaluate the economic reconstruct of the resources-based city.
