摘要
本文对凯氏定氮法、分光光度法、滴定法等在蛋白质测定中的应用,及各种方法的特点和适用条件进行综述。
The article reviewed the development of protein determination method,including the Kjeldahl determination method,the spectrophotometry,the titration and so on.The traits and the suitable conditions of those method were also summarized.
